The Parable of the Two Sons
28 “What[a] do you think? A man had two sons. He went to the first and said, ‘Son, go and work in the vineyard today.’ 29 The boy answered,[b] ‘I will not.’ But later he had a change of heart[c] and went. 30 The father[d] went to the other son and said the same thing. This boy answered,[e] ‘I will, sir,’ but did not go.
